(210 Characters mini):I believe the role of a commander is too insure the Troopers within his regiment understand the demands of them and make sure they understand how to operate within the regiment. Also help with other regiments and give assistance to the Marshall / Battalion Commanders. Communicate efficiently and with out jumping to conclusions with others to insure a swift and fair judgement. Be loyal to the regiment and make sure it is always in shape and make sure no one is misbehaving. Also give advice and guide CT's that may want to join specific regiments and what they specialise in and what is expected of them[/size]. [size=120]What's your past by being a Commander? (200 Character mini):Clone Cadet 3443 Hawk was created on the clones home planet, Kamino. He was trained by the raspy ARC instructors on Kamino. He was trained with other cadets who have been very successful. He relied on them quite a-lot, he wasn't very independent but liked to try a-lot. Many a time he would step out of training's and many a time personal training's were given to him, but still this didn't improve his reliance on others at all. When his brothers had passed their training Hawk was left alone, left in darkness, he no longer had people to rely on. This meant he had to become more independent. During training's something would just click inside Mr Hawk, his work ethic boosted to its maximum and even started giving out orders to the other cadets surpassing the estimates of the cadets made by the instructors. Hawk has massively confused with what he was doing. First he is leaching of other cadets? Next he is taking charge himself, odd isn't it? Due to his massive improvement within the training program on his home planet he was appointed the rank of Private as any other trooper would be assigned and was appointed to the Pilot regiment and joined on the Venator; Call-sign Titan. He spent most of his time within missions trying to expand his knowledge within 104th and met other troopers within 104th, they also provided help and helped him in passing his certifications within different specialisations. Due to a recent aerial operation that had happened unfortunately the Titan was grounded, many Pilots and 104th had been killed during the operation but Hawk persevered, he was given charge with one of the remaining Low Altitude Assault Transport, this was seen as a huge task within the Titan. Due to the recent Titan being grounded, Fortunately the CIS were fought off by the other Venators that were luckly in the area, Due to the remaining troops being over the rishi moon plans were given to take shelter there until further assistance was given. Rumours spread around the Station saying that the troops were going to be shipped onto a new venator that was coming to aid them. There you could see it, over the horizon, chugging along, it didn't look like no normal Venator, it looked much more advanced... The many injured troops were given priority and shipped onto the Venator. Last but no least the fit and able troops were shipped on last. Other troops were welcoming to them to the new venator; Hawk could hear them, "Welcome to the hailstorm." Hawk now understood Venator call-sign; Hailstorm was his new home. Troopers were shown there new battalions on the ships. Aproblemm being a Pilot was guided to the 104th Siege battalion. He was treated with great care and given more freedom with the ranks he had been given over the many years. Specialisations were handed to specific ranks who had shown great dedication. Hawk chose the specialisation Drill SGT, ever since then he was been working non-stop making sure the battalion is all in order and everyone knows what they are doing, he was always open to help people, but those who were not doing what they were told to do had do go through Hawk long tough training. Still do this day he works day in, day out to make sure 104th is running at peak efficiency.[/size] [size=120]Why do you wanna become Commander? So I am able to make sure the regiment is in order and can operate smoothly.
