(210 Characters mini): i can offer my 1800 hours of ecpirance on starwars servers and yes 1800 hours just on starwars servers i can offer my keeness and my expirance and knowladge of other starwars servers and there trainging ideas. What's your past by being a Commander? (200 Character mini): there is a long list of servers that ive been on and at least 3 of them i have been commander eg 501st, 41st and 21st so i have led the troops into battle. Why do you wanna become Commander? (200Character): i would like to put more hours into commander and gain the expirance and i have had commander ranks before but i havent put my training strats into the shock reg before so i would like to try that out. And also why you did not pick the Jedi?: you clearly save the medic as he is the most important there he can save the fleet and jedi the reason why i did not pick jedi as he does not have the healing "power" to save the other two. What's the full courses of training (does not need to be correct): The Training for Shock [u]First[/u] I have odd ways of training shock Firstly i let them come in and i see the way they move and what they do so if there running there clearly want to come in if i see them walking this could mean two things there here to be serious or they are here beacuse they have have a keen love of the reg. [u]Second[/u] I see who is the strong person with in the group as in if i ask a question do they respond like that! and i test there faces like i would say this what does L mean or R,A,F and see how they respond the same with the formations i would watch them and see how they act and the way [u]Thirdly[/u] I would test there skills as shock such as give them a test each one diffrent one each time so i would see how they would act if they were guarding somone and then i would judge them on there "skills". [u]Fourthly[/u] After all the training i would explain the ranks and the system that the ship works in and how we as a reg help out apon the ship. [u]Normal training[/u] stage1= faces stage2= formations stage3= rules stage4= defcons, ranks ,battlestaions and etc (Keep in mind i can only write so much because of some issues in real like plz take this into note)
